Curtis Ashby is a Tacoma-based muralist, illustrator, and graphic designer working throughout the Pacific Northwest. His large-scale public artwork can be found across Tacoma, Puyallup, and Sumner, where he has created murals for cities, nonprofits, hospitals, and local businesses.

In 2016, Curtis was selected for the City of Tacoma’s mural roster, leading to a growing body of public art projects centered around community spaces and regional identity. Notable projects include a full-building mural for the Tahoma Audubon Society, participation in Spaceworks Tacoma’s Rapid Response Mural Project, and a large-scale mural installation at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital. His work has been recognized for its strong visual style, accessibility, and connection to the Pacific Northwest.

Outside of his mural practice, Curtis has more than a decade of experience in branding and visual communication and currently serves as Senior Graphic Designer at Foster’s Creative in Tacoma. He also previously served as Vice Chair of the Metro Parks Tacoma Arts & Heritage Council.
